Can someone please help me?

Whenever i try taking a screenshot and making it as my avatar?profile picture, whatever you wan to call it, it always comes out like super small with a whole bunch of white background. Can someone please help? Thanks for your support.

It's pretty simple.
1.) Go on your fantage account or wherever you want to take your picture
2.) Just click 'Prnt Scrn' or something like that and open paint
3.)Click Paste
4.)The whole screen should appear, and then use the selection tool
5.)Select the area of your fantagian or something with the selection tool(that box with those line line line stuff o.o)
6.) Crop it
7.)Save as PNG

ORRR
Just keep paint opened, not close to your fantagian though, and press Prnt Scrn, Ctrl, and V and the same time and it should be there and just crop. And save. o.o

um.... i neeed help to i made my self a member for a year then i was not a member i did my infomation and stuff over and over again but nothin happened someone plz help me
