It's an online game where you play games(and lots of other activities, like chatting) to earn flow, which, when you use it, lets you level up and get you some coins and sometimes items. And a higher level means more access to items and features. It's pretty fun once you get into it, and don't get scared by how ugly the starter looks are. You will be able to change it soon enough.
