this is not working

i just have to say that ff isn't what it used to be. this isn't offending ANYONE, but it doesnt feel the same. the red theme is gone, and we have completely new(cl) members. it does not feel the same. there are only like five people that still come online that can relate to this so please don't say you remember the "old times" because you weren't there.

i just wish it was the old forum :/

True, the forum was better in older days but new people need to come on too because that way the forum will keep on living and it's kinda selfish if new people aren't allowed to come on. Yes, they are annoying but most of them grow out of it.

I do agree with most of what you're saying because I have witnessed some bratty, new people who will mostly respond with, " so? i can do wateva i want cuz it my life ". I think that it should be those kind of people that you should have a problem with because the others will mostly be obedient and follow the example of the wiser people ^_^"

About 15% are bratty, 25% leave after one/two day(s) and 60% are decent people (in my opinion).

Which red theme are you talking about? The one that used to be on this forum, or like Fantage Fansite?

We can make this place fun, even if there are different people. We just need good ideas and a good community. We have about half of both.

it is a weird feeling, i agree..i remember back in the summer of last year, everyone used to be so close and stuff and it was a better place all around, and i know i only joined last july, but still. i dunno what happened. a lot of people quit, sarah&cym got banned, it's just kind of falling apart now. none of my close friends really get on here anymore and it's just sad because we all used to have so much friends. it's a weird feeling to see everyone moving on and a new group of people coming.

Hey, yeah, there are new people here, but that's it. All of your old friends, you still keep in touch with them somehow, yeah? Even if you don't, you can still find them and THEN keep in contact. Make a new forum. IM them and make group chats. Heck, even xat. Whatever. If there are new people here, if it feels different, there's nothing you can do to change that.

EDIT: Wow, this sounds mean. But it's true, there's no such thing as time travel, the forum is falling to pieces, and I think it's time to move on.

Though I haven't been on as long I do have a feeling for what you mean and I do remember some old times but not old compared to yours. It's weird indeed but it's not to easy to stop.

nostalgia's a horrible feeling. it causes rage, and also a bit of happiness.
but also rage.

alot of games have well, changed alot .-. but people grow old of fantage or whatever game and to tell you the truth when i started fantage it takes time to find how to do something or getting use to it

Look, I'm one of those newbies, but I understand what you mean. You've lost friends, the place isn't as merry as it might have used to be years ago. New users are joining the community but it doesn't seem like it used to be..

I know exactly what you mean. But we can make a new start, right? Yeah, I've noticed there are a lot of people being annoying, spamming the place, being rude and stupid and stuff. (I'm problably one of them? <.<) But we could stop them if we really wanted to.

This place is falling apart. One day it'll all completely stop. But I don't think we've reached that point. We can still make a change if we dedicate ourselves more and make more interesting stuff. This forum can still live using a little of its juice left, but that won't happen by itself ;]
