i totally just noticed this! why are there little penguin icons in the front of our forum? this isn't a CP forum.. lol - maybe we can change it to Fantage avatars???

It's one of the fantage animals you can purchase. They indicate locked, new, or no new posts on that topic.

Yea, just as ghost said, they are icons for our forum. They are creatures from Fantage. And as he said, they indicate locked, no new, or new.
