if you wanna use it in a post just quote and look for it.
or save the picture and host it in tiny chat, our hosting website doesn't host gifts properly D;

if you want it as an icon just click and drag it to your desktop.
or right click and choose "save image as..."
and name it and put it wherever you want.

I suggest desktop. ;P

@fantageroxs: Depends on how you want to use it.

If you want to use them as emotes on a forum...
1. Simply right-click the one you want to use,
2. Select "Copy image URL" or something along those lines,
3. Click the button above the posting box thingy that says "Image",
4. Paste in the URL you just copied. Then you click Ok.

Unless you were using some stupid browser such as Internet Explorer or something. If that's the case, you'll have to drag the emote into the address bar, copy the text in the address bar, then go back, and do the last two steps.
