The file says its PNG.
But this is how i do my stuff, try this.
1.right click the image
2.click view image.You will see a website come up with only the image.
3.right click the image again.
4.This time,click copy image.
5.Open up editing tool(Paint,GIMP,Photoshop,etc.)
6.On editing tool,Click Edit in the upper right corner.
7.then click Paste.

If this doesn't work, i dunno wat to do.
Srry if Im bossing around.

Its because it's already a .JPEG picture. Which means:
JPEG pic+trying making it .PNG= no it won't work
do you have another .png pic?
