My April Fools Day Last Year

Last AFD, me and my friend Rebecca did an awesome prank for AFD. Since our friend, Patrick, was afraid of ghosts, we did a prank involving "spiritual activity". Our supplies included red icing color (substance thicker than food coloring) for blood, sidewalk chalk for a body tracing, a broom to make it a little lighter, notebooks and pens for our "science project".
Now I'll explain how we did the prank. I went home with Becca on a Friday to work on setting it up with her. That's where the "science project" came in. It's funny because it was actually homework XD. The reason we needed that exuse was because Patrick got jealous when I went home with her and not him. Lol, we're so awesome. Anyway, we got to her house and talked about "Tommy the ghost" supposevly "died" when the cupboard missing from her garage "fell" on him.
Our first step for the prank was to trace my body in her garage under the missing cupboard with sidewalk chalk. Then we had to sweep over the chalk to make it show up less. THEN we had to get out the "blood" and paintbrushes and sloppily paint over the "body". An addition to the "body", Becca painted her hands with the "blood" and she pressed her hands on the wall above the missing cuboard. Now it looked seriously awesome looking.
So now we had to wait for Patrick. We did our homework first, of course. So after the homework, we called his cell and pretended to be scared because we saw "the scene" out in the garage after we heard "noises" when we were doing our homework. Becca's mom wasn't home because she was working out at the gym. So that made this even better! One thing. Patrick didn't answer his phone because he was probably out with his girlfriend, Zoe. NOW THAT WAS A FAIL. So we kept calling and calling until Becca's mom got home and decided we would do it the next day. So we did TnT.
The next day, we did the same thing. We hope that he didn't suspect anything at this point. Thankfully, he didn't XD. So we set it up all over again. Becca's mom gone, the set still there, the science project fake this time, and our acting skills ready to go! So at about an hour after school, we "frantically" called him and told him about what happened. THANK GOD HE ANSWERED THIS TIME. So his dad came and dropped him off, and he showed up at the door looking scared already. Perfect. So we ran up to him and hugged him, then carefully went into the garage. When we turned the light on, and he saw it, you could tell he was holding in a little girl scream. He stepped a little closer to it, examining the "bloody" scene. Becca and I started explaining what had happened. Like "the sound of a horseshoe falling". Now he looked HORRIFIED. I would too, given that the "blood" looked amazingly real looking.
We went back inside and started talking. Shortly after, Becca's mom showed up at the perfect time. So then we explained to HER. She was a great actress, too XDD. Then she told us to go outside and play. Which was perfect, since Becca's big sister, Aubrey, showed up with her husband, Robbie, and little baby Canyon while we were talking outside. Then Aubrey and Robbie got into this. That meant this prank was turning out better than we thought OwO. So we stayed outside while Aubrey "went to the bathroom". After she "went", she came out the garage way and not the back door way, so she croosed the garage and "found a note" saying "HELP ME" in what looked like red crayon. I thought it would ruin it, but Patrick actually thought it was real, so we had to call it quits for the prank, since it was getting a little outta hand XD. So we went to Becca's room, with everyone inside her room, on the count of three, we said "APRIL FOOLS!". Patrick didn't look happy though, actually he started crying, then he ran out the front door.
Then we all knew this was now a complete DISASTER. But we all knew Patrick was always an emotional person. But we didn't know he would run out the front door CRYING. So Becca and I started running after him. He was apparently running towards his house, not too far away. Since we couldn't catch up to him, we got in the car and DROVE after him instead.
When we got to his house, you could tell Patrick was in his room sobbing, so we went up to his bedroom window and started pounding on it. After about 5 minutes, he finally decided to open up his curtain with a piece of paper saying "LEAVE ME ALONE" and he shut the curtain. Then we decided to go back. We would have to deal with him at school tomorrow. And that was ALOT better than being PUBLICLY HUMILIATED. We never forgot that prank XD.

Prank is pretty good. Hilarious reaction. It sounds a little too far fetched, like Owl said, though. You're lucky that your friend is so gullible
