I tried....I again used tux paint; it's a much better program than Ms Paint or Paint.
Tell me ways I can improve and rate 0-10.

It's very cute but the problem is, the feet make it look like it's a seal, not a rabbit. Also, the mustache joins the mouth, giving it a weird effect. Otherwise, it's rather good and very impressive for your age.

The Ears Look like bit unnormal
The nose should be upside down
The Legs looks like a seal
The hands bit awkward
Tip:
use 50x50 for pixels cause you now pixel.
pixels are ALWAYS SHADED

If those legs look like a seal to you, you've probably never seen one.
Paws? She was obviously going for a cartoonish look. The rabbit isn't on the ground.
Not all pixels are 50x50. Pixels are just different because they're made with the binary/pencil tool and not the brush/pen tool.
Not all pixels are shaded. I don't shade my pixels.
