I Need a Name for This Pokemon

Type: Ghost
Info: This form of eevee is only obtained through evolution on Halloween during the night time. [[It's also poisonous.]]

The pokemon isn't colored but I'll color it later. This is for a contest and I need to name the pokemon, but I'm not a very creative person, so I need your help. I'll pick the one that is the best. It has to be original so I'll be looking up the pokemon names on google. I don't want any stupid names like "FLUFFACHU" or "FLAMEHEAD". The evolutions of Eevee end with "eon". Please, try to make the name relate to the pokemon's info. (Which includes looks.)
