o-o did you save it .png on photoshop yea o-o. but i dont think i have a fill tool on my photoshop so i used hue/saturation and brush if thats the problem o-o I UNNO KNOW | |

The hair you added looks like it was put on there in less than a minute
And the dress looks like you got a picture, then cropped it to the size of the shirt and just pasted it on there.

| ur eye scares me. xD No tips, just do it on paint. I do all mine on paint. Sometimes on gimp. Gimp is a tad bit harder. Its blurry, buts its good for a beginner. Better than mine! look at mine Warning: large. - Horrible:
