How do I post pictures on this forum?

Yeah, see that? Go click that button in your own posting box.

Then you get the screen for uploading your picture. Click Browse, find your pic, decide whether your picture should get resized or not, then upload.

Then you should get something like this:

Copy the bottom one, which is the pure image url, and then you either click the button labeled "Image" (right next to the Hosting button) and paste your new image url into that, or..
Paste it into your post,
and wrap [img] tags around it.
