I didn't do the eyes, I got them off a picture.
I tried to shade but ^^

I can point out a few mistakes c: -The gloves don't have any finger sockets. -She is slanted. -Her sleeves are suspended underneath her shoulders, not on it. -The smile is too small and is on the chin. -There is a brown patch on the hair which isn't needed.
Overall, 6.9/10. Good job though. ^^

Pretty much aubrey said, I'd also add in that her neck might be just a tad bit short, and her legs are a bit awkward, but, you did very well nonetheless c:
