I have never ever tried that challenge, and I'll never will. But yeah I agree with Poke that challenge can kill you.

Ah I found out how. Not really common, but even if you wouldn't of had a change of dying, I really don't recommend it.

Cinnamon is delicious. I wonder how I survived though my middle childhood years now...I ate huge quantities.

Oh my gosh. xD It went right in your mouth and right back out lol.
Doctors have done it. I saw Dr. Oz do it; it's not that big of a risk to eat a tablespoon of cinnamon. Really, anything can kill you. I don't get why people fuss over the cinnamon challenge. As long as you gulp something down afterwards, it's safe.

Eating a spoonful of cinnamon isn't dangerous, and it isn't even that gross. Just kind of chalky. I love cinnamon, I eat it in loads of stuff and it's great on French toast.
