Sonic: A Hedgehog?

This is a RLLY random topic but who here knew that sonic was a hedgehog Hedgehogs are soooooooooooooooooooooooooo cute and I was watching animal planet about pet hedgehogs on my iPod touch on youtube and then it showed Sonic and i was like woaaaaaaaaaaaa Sonic's a hedgehog? He looks nothing like one and he's blue, and I was so confused. But its true, Sonic is a hedgehog. I love hedgehogs so much they're soooooooooooooo adorable! I want to convince my mom for one but unfortunately i wud definitely have to when my 2 hamsters die. My hamsters are totally adorabzable! I luv them so much! And hedgehogs too! I LUV ALL ANIMALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sooo, lets talk about who knew that Sonic was a hedgehog and more about it, and how adorable hedgehogs are! Idk wut to say next, but lets just continue talking about this! Okai, bi bi!

Oh lol 1. I don't rlly "deal" with Sonic stuff and those video game stuff or whatever so I didn't know what "it" was called cuz i barely know what Sonic is except for a video game, and 2. what the heck is double posting? I would love it if someone explained cuz i have no idea what it is. And I might sound dumb cuz i didnt know that sonic was a hedgehog and its called Sonic the Hedgehog so sorry for that but i like never knew what "it" was "called" and also he looks nothing like a hedgehog rlly but whatevs. hedgehogs are soooooooooooo cute! And I don't have a pet hedgehog, and I love /almost/ every game of Sonic! Ever since the genesis came out.
