Get a link or your uploaded video link from YouTube then click the icon that looks like a tape. After that you put the link onto the box and press okay, then it should be up.

Optional: If you want to change the size of a video as well (Like I did for the video down there) edit your signature/post and it'll say flash(###, ###) the first one is width, second one is height. What I recommend is you lower it to 325, 250 if you want to lower it, but I don't think it works if the video is REALLY small, and try not the make it really big. Then it'll become like this:
