....trick or treating with my friends?

today my mom asked if i could go trick or treating with some of my friends because they called us. i said yes. But i just don't feel comfertable going in a different place than i have been going to. for about 10 years i have been trick or treating in the same area. i love it and i never get tired of it. what should i do? i don't feel right when i am going somewhere else, but i really want to be wit my friends. i don't want to trick or treat alone. my sisters are going with their friends, my dad is going to Florda, and my mom likes giving out candy. sigh, what should i do?

If you don't feel comfortable going from your place, then tell you friends you don't want to go tooooooooo far into their neighborhood. How much friends invited you?

The same thing is happening with me! Well, kinda. I have a few friends who always go trick or treating with me, in our neighborhood. But one of my friends live in another neighborhood, and she wants me to go trick or treating in her in her neighborhood. But then I won't be able to hang out with the other two.
Maybe you should just go trick or treating with your friends, and get used to it for a little while, and next year, if you don't like it, you can go trick or treating where you always go, or if you do like it, then go trick or treating at the other place. uvu

Sure go with friends! Its more fun and cooler. Be safe and don't eat the candy right away. Let a grown check them when you finish trick or treat.

Excuse me but, I am a teenager and after 1:00 nobody is awake or people are awake BUT nobody gives away candy.

BACK ON TOPIC!: You should go with your friends, maybe tell them to go to your neighborhood because they give LOADS of candy, or stay NEAR the area you're comfy with.

Just like everybody else said, go with your friends! It would be so much fun and safe that way, and you know them. You can ask them to give you a tour around the new neighborhood so you can be comfortable with it.
Just in case, keep a cellphone in handy and don't go too late at night. There's a lot of crazy things going on there , especially Halloween
