Okay so yesterday I downloaded Photoshop and working on this guild layout (Neopets thing) and today I came back to school to work on it.
The shading of a certain cloud went wrong, so I decided to color over it, and it's not coloring?! The steps I did:
1. saw the cloud.
2. Put dark shading over it.
3. changed a to a lighter color
4. I /tried/ putting it over the shading, but it won't go over it.
That's where my problem begins, what should I do?
