Awww kawaii!
I recommend drawing one half first, the copying or, paste, the flip ot horizontal, and put it together.
Could user better shading, shading one half doesn't look that good.

Also the cone should have lines in it and the darker color should be inside, not outside

I love it, but there is just a tiny thing that bothers me.
