i think that for this you migtht have to be a little more deep. i get very scared for example whenever i hear the phrase "i want to die." i get very very clingy when anyone says this.
try things that scare you or make you sad. "abuse" maybe??

hmm, this is tricky because like oliver said it's not really words individually that give people the chills. do you just need a list of words or are sentences okay?
