i'm assuming that you used paint???
this is quite good for paint
just get the proportions right because atm it's a little bit off
and also the lines need improving
however, digital art is hard so you're doing quite good! have you considered getting paint tool sai? there's lots of free links for it out there and it's really good (as far as i'm concerned).

Yea I'm gonna download it someday ;n; now I'm busy with a recolour someone ordered.Plus I gotta practice some lines for assembly and a rap (not really one.).

Ok, i am NOT pro at drawings.

The hands look weird but do nooot worry!
Needs some shading but i understand that you used paint and paint is VERY hard when shading ;.;.
One last thing, the eyes one is going up, and the other one is going down (correct me if i'm wrong)
This is very nice like really i can't even draw on paint!

The drawing is really cute, but:
1)The style of proportions is very common amongst KEI's artwork - the first illustrator of vocaloid mascots (characters).
2)The hand is actually coming up too low - and hands are not the same length >.<
3)The left leg is thicker than right >.<

Anyways, cute ^^ But right after you'll grasp the body, you can draw the face - but there is no exact order on what to draw first =.=
