face painting ayeee
i originally wanted to tie-dye t-shirts but my mom said that would be boring because you have to wait 6 hrs for the dye to dry and it wouldn't be much fun anyway, but we were at walmart and my mom saw face paint and she asked if i wanted to do that instead so i said sure
other than that, we're having a water balloon fight, and a silly string fight. we're going to sleep outside in a tent and the tent is really big, there's going to be a queen-sized air mattress in there and a little box with snacks inside in case we get hungry during the night haha. and my mom bought these cool glow-in-the-dark balloons that we can throw around outside.
we'll probably also play manhunt and games like truth or dare, would you rather, etc.
might watch Mean Girls, b/c Mean Girls is Love, Mean Girls is Life
oh!! and i bought goodie bags. they have:
- blue tic-tacs (i'm not sure what that flavor is though, i've never had that kind before lol)
- raspberry/vanilla cupcake gum (Extra Dessert Delights)
- assorted candy-flavored lipgloss (i got cotton candy, one of my friends got bubble gum, etc)
- well, you know those little animals that you squeeze and the bubbles form?? I PUT ONE OF THOSE IN EACH BAG, i love those, omg.
- okay so you know how there are those hands that you slap and they stick to almost any surface? i found this SET of them at walmart, but the set also has sticky darts, sticky dice, and sticky "morning star" kind of things. (morning stars are the weapons that look like spiked wrecking balls, but you hold them and swing them around. they're cool.)
- the last thing i put in each one was a roll duck tape (different styles; one has paint splatters, another is chevron, and the other one is tie-dyed).
and i put them in cute, green Chinese take-out boxes!!
SO I THINK I DID PRETTY GOOD WITH THE PARTY FAVORS, BUT IDK
my mom is ordering pizza for dinner, then we're having a Carvel ice cream cake. the next morning, she's going to make us chocolate chip pancakes with SAUSAGE AND BACON
YEAH I'M REALLY EXCITED BECAUSE THIS IS HAPPENING IN 6 DAYS AND I DON'T GET BIRTHDAY PARTIES EVERY YEAR. i only get a party when i hit specific ages, the important ones. like, i probably won't have another b-day party until i turn 16 because that's just how my mom is.
if we get bored than my mom will probably let us walk to the nearest convenient and buy slushies & candy and then go to my local park 2 which is fun
