Actually, I think Mace chose version (Phbb, Phbb2, etc. I cant remember the names.) and created the rest of the banner, backround, etc. Yup..

Try edditing the actual CSS code of your layout.

Just select a template and you can tweak the CSS code (it's probably in the admin panel under layout or something) to your hearts content

If you have a theme on your forum already, there's probably a code you can change the background to. -.-
