Count to 100 before a Staff Member does...

or wutever the title was before xDD

So, obviously you have to count to 100 before a staff member does.

NOTE, a staff member is either a MODERATOR, CHATBOX MODERATOR, or an ADMIN. anyone who can do things such as ban, (chatbox mods cant, but whatever xD) lock topics, etc is a staff member.

and if a staff member posts before you get to 100, you have to start over.

and since its the rules, you have ta post something that goes along with the number.
