i like to think of roleplay as a play (lol thats just me though!) u are basically just a person in everyday life scenarios. you make friends or go to school or go on safaris... stuff like that. or u can be like iluvjb's and develop stuff like civilization. for example, in darkenor high im a shy girl that just moved in ands meeting people.

I'm not sure if they are allowed but they say they're not really rping so not sure

Mine is roleplay-like, but it isn't an RP because we have a GM and there is a goal, and it's possible to win. In practice, it has some RP elements, but since you have points and it doesn't have a storyline, it isn't.

I'm not sure how Sharp's isn't an RP, though...

If u check other posts on this topic u will see but role play is when u pretend to be something else and act it out. Like you pick the role of a mother u would act out what a mother would do etc.
