Ghost Hunt (Anime show lol)

Freshman Mai Taniyama's love for the telling of ghost stories seems to have unleashed a plague of spirits upon her school. Kazuya Naru Shibuya of the Shibuya Psychic Research team enlists Mai to aid in his research.

that's a brief description

but now i've gotten scared of the things mentioned above and for some reason when i watch something scary my mind imagines and replays the scenes over and over again so i can't sleep



so if this keeps happening should i keep watching the show or not? e.e

There's a similar anime called Ghost Stories and it's hilarious. Only the english version is though. xD
