Quitting FF for good

This is getting really annoying we moved forums 3 times and my post was 106 in the new forum now its 71 here. I am sick of it I will check back sometimes but for now I am quitting

Wow, this is the only reason you're quitting? And you were only here for 14 days..

We've all been through this, and we've all lived. A lot of us have countered Post changes, and things like that. But no offense, to have someone say they're quitting just for such a stupid reason is like having a chicken on the Forum. The Forum had changed for a good reason, nothing anyone should be complaining about anymore.

But if you really want to quit FF, then that's fine with me, it's your choice anyways.

Everyone has encountered their Post Totals going "down" because of Fantage Forum getting switched around. When they were fixing it up, something must of of gone wrong, which caused all of our Post Totals to drop. But your quitting because of that? That is just a stupid reason to quit the Fantage Forum. Your not the only one who had lost some of your Post Totals.

I had something like 1600 posts at that other forum. Now I've got like 1400.

Besides, post count isn't really that important. It's just a stat.

Here, let me explain.

This forum has a forum that moderators can see, called the "Basket". This is where we put all topics that break the rules, have nothing to do with anything, contain spam, pointless topics, etc. It is also where we have put the archives, such as the roleplays.

When we move a topic to that forum, it turns every post that you have posted in there as like it wasn't there. So if you have 1 post in there, your post count will go down one, like that post never existed. It's sorta like deleting posts.

Now, on the .info forum, it counted all the posts in the Basket as real posts, showing you had more then you really did.

Mace moved the forum once. The first time the forum changed, we were still on the same forum host and everything. Then Mace had to change it over (and it was probably for a good reason.)

I promise you that FF cash isn't going to get you much, at least not not until there's more stuff to be 'bought'.

You weren't the only newbie to probably deal with this though hun.It's okay to be frustrated but it was only a 30 post difference which can easily be worked up again with sheer determination.
