My first COMPUTER anime (it fails compared to the real one)

Okay I know there is no shading and yea her neck looks weird BUT that's because of her hair is actually covering the neck (shading would have helped).I only use shading when I color and draw not when I use the paint program. She is my very first anime head (I didn't put the body of my original picture 'cause I failed at the hands and waist)

I think I will call her star. I wish you guys could see my hand drawn version because she was much better, shading, a body even a nice background scene. but my dad doesn't let me use his stuff for me to scan it and upload it :-(

As a girl who has experience in drawing anime (yet still fails >.>),

I say 1000/10! It's really good for a first on PAINT even!, even better than my art (Which I do on Photoshop >.>)! :DD

The only thing I think you should fix is her neck, kinda too thin and her collarbone :3
