-I don't see any shading on the "sleves"
-She's completely lop-sided
-There's no hair on the side of her head
-Her eyes are not porportionate/even/centered/shaped correctly
She has no chin (And her chin should have shading)

Well, it's okay. The hair shape is a bit odd though, and the top of the head needs a little more hair, if you get it. c:
The body is a little to small, but if it's supposed to be like that, then I'm sorray. The dress shading is okay though. The lines need to be a little cleaned up.And maybe spread the eyes a little more apart? Well, the eyes are okay though, but the left eye seems a little too close, and it looks strange because the nose and mouth are way at the side. The bow is good, though.
