I dunno.. if you want to make banners without downloading, then I suggest you use your paint program. :c

You can't do it without a good program which are only on DOWNLOADS.

Then I can't help you. AMAZING (Like Kanna's, Abbey's, etc.) banners use programs. Unless you use picnik. It's supposed to make it look "professional" but it's a crappy program.

Yep. All you can really do to make it look like a good graphic banner is add the space effect. Plus, Picnik is for like, portraits. You would have to buy the membership to make it look awesome.
