This one

Her eyes are way too close to her head and they have barely any detail. The feet look kind of weird because they're just round feet, they should have detail. As I can see, she has no eyebrows and her eyes are too low. Really the only things that are chibi is the head and the eyes. She needs more strands of hair and her neck looks weird and too long. The top of her had is sort of flat and need to be rounder at the edges. Her right foot is like, bended down and it looks like she broke her foot. I can't do that, lol.

There is absolutely no strands of hair and her arms look quite short and stubby. The winking eye looks very weird because the eyes are VERY low and close together, and the style of anime should sort of have the eyes see-through, but then again, it's your style. She has no shape and her neck is too long.

Finally

Again, the arms are short and stubby. The foot is tilted to the side which I'm sure a ballet dancer can do. It looks like she is standing on her tippy toes and she has no nose. She needs more hair strands in the pigtails.
