It seems you are improving well.
The only thing that bothers me is the arms.

i like it, the arms are tiny then the body, but over all cute 8/10

Her breasts are a bit low, and her shape/curves are weird; which makes her looks chubby. Her shoulders are really small for her head size and so are the arms.

The neck is too thick. Make it thinner.

The hair looks rather stiff, try to give it a little more life.

Make her body an hourglass figure, not just random curves XD

I restarted my computer.

I love it but I sorta think her body is a little chubby and her hands are a tad bit small.
Oh and idk but maybe try and make the hair a little bit smaller. (Though I sorta don't like Hatsune Miku i think her hair's naturally long.)

I don't really get what all these other people are saying... Guess I'm not as good of an artist as some of you!
9.5/10! I really love this drawing, but I don't know who Hatsune Miki (Don't think I spelled that right... And I bet some of you are gasping right now xD ) At first I thought this was Utau from Shugo Chara :3 Whatever, you did an epic job in my opinion! (Which probably doesn't count )
EDIT- Oh yeah! And why does she look all sad? I thought she was to be happy all the time or something xD

I just use a cheap wireless mouse. The computer mat is actually a hardback copy for business class. And I use a laptop o3o

I have a very bad issue at making face structures, arms, legs and necks small and thick. I really need to improve on my anatomy skills~
