I think my coloring and lines look really sloppy >m>
I think that my hair is really big and the coloring doesn't really match with the lines sort of?
The clothes.... BLEGGH

theres something... off about it. i can't quite put my finger on it. her expression seems VERY forced, unnatural. the hair's strange, but i can't figure out how, it just seems very slanted & strange. the clothing's ruffles are strange, and the nose and mouth don't fit the rest of the style.

(by the way, i'm a brony, so don't answer with anything about that.)

As Timegear said, her expression looks forced. Her eyes are mostly ok, it's just her mouth.
Her eyebrows seem more like a U shape than a normal curve.
Her nose seems as if there is more detail than needed.
Her neck is VERY small; but if you were going for a cartoony look then it would do. Her sleeve ruffles seem fairly strange, so try practicing them in your free time.
I'd give it a 7.5/10. ^^
Overall it IS a great work. I love your effort in your hair and I really enjoy her inner eye. ^^

@Timegear Thank you for the critique~ The hair is weird. I think it mostly has to do with the coloring and it's really big too. The clothing is just awful I know >n> And I unno I don't normally draw mouths like that. But, I do draw noses like that most of the time so yeah~ It's my own style xD The expression is so forced. I tried to make her look all derpy but that failed xD

Anyway, critique time!

The expression is a bit forced but I thought that was something you were trying to do, like a crazed expression? Idk, I like the nose and mouth. And the eyes, but her eyes are derpy. I can see that you just duplicated the one and then flipped it on the other side. Except when you do that, don't just leave it, you need to redraw the iris and pupil too or else it's LOLDERPY.
the clothes are okay, but like you said the ruffles need some work.
the hair is fine too, although it might be a bit big and she has a MAAAJOR combover :S
The last thing would be is that there is no definite light source, I can't see where the light is coming from in this picture, it looks like random shading everywhere. My best guess would be like if someone were shining a flashlight on her? But even then.

ETA: Also, could you try not to double post? 8D just a warning, but double posts are against the rules because they are unnecessary. Just edit your post. ^^ I already did that for you in this thread.

The face just seems weird, sorry.

I'm not an artist but I noticed a couple things.

It looks to me like her pupils are too far apart, and the inner eye (white part) consumes too much space.

She has too much hair, above her forehead, and the issue with it, is that you dont have a divide (I dont know if thats the right word). In other words, if you fold your hair over like that, there's a point where you create a sort of hairline. Yea, not a very good description, so heres a picture

Saying that everything needs to look a certain way in ART is silly. Having your own style is what makes an artist different from others.

I think you meant for the shading to be a bit eerie, if you didn't... it is.

The parting of her hair is too much on the left. It's very 80s.

The inside of her ear could use some detailing.

It IS one of the most ridiculous and amateur excuses in the books, if you're an artist and serious about your art. Believe me.
In the case of Ichigo, it's a fair excuse because there's nothing really wrong with her nose and mouths, so she can actually say it's her style..because it is.
But then you have like 3432 noob artists who try to wiggle out of good critique by blaming every FLAW on their "style". Your "style" isn't an excuse to make screw ups.

What sets me off are the pupils. They are mirrored to each other and it's very awkward. Now that I look at it her irises make it almost look as if she is cross-eyed. I like the 80's style of her hair though kinda cute :3

Also you left a bit of the background left between her red shirt and the white frills. It's very miniscule but it's still there XD

Shading is good hair seems a bit too cut off at the bottom just doesn't seem to natural to me but that might be what you were aiming for. Everyone else hit what I was going to say so no need to repeat it.

Obviously, if someone has horrible technique and blames it on their "style" that is bull. That's not the case here. There is nothing visibly wrong, like you said, with the nose. It just looks different. Whether or not it is a bad excuse in most cases, I dont see the reason for saying that here since it is perfectly justified in this particular situation.

Yes, the head is a bit big, but not to the point where it's too terribly noticable. Don't worry about it. No drawing is perfect.
The left side of her hair, near the bottom, isn't even with the other side. But I think that's how Pinkiepie's hair is designed.
The clothes are fine. Seriously. The picture isn't trying to focuse on her clothes.

Though I absolutely adore her nose and mouth, it doesn't fit with the rest of the style is what I mean. They look fine, just don't fit with the rest.
