| Disagree with the comment above me. I think the neck looks fine. Let's look at a person:

see his neck? It's about as wide as the face, as it holds it together. With anime styles, it's perfectly understandable and actually recommended to shrink the neck, but I don't see the problem.
CRITIQUE: That pose looks pretty uncomfortable, but I'm guilty of that too, and the head seems a bit too wide for the body.
I like it, though. You're definitely improving. | |

The only thing that I would change is the hair sectioned on the far side, even though it's a sketch. It looks a bit awkward and makes the top of her head look a bit large or not formed properly.
Again, that's just my opinion. You mightn't see it the way I do, which is fine ^-^ | |

Is that necessary, docking .1 point just for a tiny little mistake, because I see nothing wrong with the eye (because of her bangs) or the neck. I Like it | |

| It's nice, your anatomy is improving.
The only thing is that I would suggest varying your hairstyles a bit, a lot of them seem to look the same.
