Don't speed along on it; when you're recoloring you want it neat and pretty. :3

You have to take your time, and put light pink on light brown, or dark purple on dark red, et cetera.
It takes some time when you're recoloring, Nicki, you just gotta slow down. (:

On the shading, you should use different types of colors.

Like if you choose purple, you could make it into lighter purple or darker purple. Get it? :DD

Shading, I don't think your going to get this, but here it is.

The shading is like where the light hits the object. Fantage clothing, Its generally lighter towards the middle as that is where the "Artist" is making the light hit the clothing. Then after making the spot the brightest color, they slowly darken the rest. Here's some quick little pics to show you.

See how the middle of the shirt is the lightest? Thats where the light hit.

Nah, Thats not shading. Lightest in the middle, darker on the edgest. Good job on coloring in the lines though! Remember to read Geea's guide carefully and my post above. ;D

It's good, but it's not really shaded.


Like, you have to make some light colors in there instead of just one color to make it realistic. Get it?
