| I suggest you don't blur two textures it won't blend in more, so I suggest you use the fuzzy brush (19) and lower the opacity. I also suggest you use real people, use gradients on text and add drop shadow.
This is what I do for drop shadows.
X: 1
Y: 1
Blur Radius: 5
Opacity: 100
And uncheck the resize thing.
