that for the background. then do transparent cutting in paint for ur main picture. then go on a new paint, hit print screen, when ur on microsoft. its complicated.

The banners are good but I have some suggestions for you.
You should download GIMP, it's free.
Download textures, PNGS, etc.
Don't EVER EVER EVER blur two photos to make a background it makes it look weird and it won't blend well.
Try out different colorings once you get a fancy graphic program to experiment.
