Are you sure? Because I know very well both arms are a bit skinny (that's just how I draw arms ;_; ), but I don't know how they differ in sizes/width.
Maybe it's because the arms are in a different position?

And you find the neck long? Some how I don't know how it is long. I kinda find it fine enough..
I've tried it shorter-necked before completing the pic, and it just looked weird so I had to extend the neck like now so it would look more normal...?

I'm going to be honest here, I don't like how you draw boys. They all look like girls. Not even shotas, just girls. I could make the hair more effeminate, give him small breasts (i'm assuming he's a teenager since all your characters are.) and it would be a girl.

I don't know about you, but to me, that looks like a girl. I know the hair was done badly (The one I added), but it's still hair, and, well, he just looks like a girl.
The only way I can tell he's a boy is by his clothing and hair, which is a nono.

AGE:

He doesn't look his age! Unless he's five to eight, he looks WAY younger than he's supposed to, noticing that he's supposed to be a 14 year old boy. (Checked your dA.)

CLOTHING:
THE SHIRT SHADING BURNS! ;A; I'm sorry but, It's smeared out in the wrong places. Also, random fold? Nice. Actually no, the folds aren't supposed to be random.
The pockets are at the very edge on pants, something that is NEVER seen on pants. Putting them there might actually RIP the pants, and would be uncomfortable for the hands. The legs are fat compared to the rest of his body. UvU
Also, LIGHT SOURCE?????

It's REALLY messy. I'm a traditional artist and my lineart's cleaner than this. The lineart in the hair is the messiest. ;u;

JUST A BIT OF HIS BODY:
his arms one's bigger than the other???? also his face is like (....)-x the - and the x are the body and the (....) is the head
also the neck bones are like lines??? they're not like that look up neck bones not ANIMU neck bones REAL PEOPLE neck bones

Okay so idc about his personality it's generic or whatever but apparently he's not supposed to be a girly boy??????

I. Never. Get reference from animu pics. Always human pics. In fact, most of the time they're pics of me (don't ask).
Maybe that's why my arm, neck and leg, hand anatomy is really awkward (mostly long and skinny). I have a longish body compared to the others in my family. Hmyeah.

Yes I know line art is extremely messy. It's my sketch style. When I say sketch, I mean EXTREMEMEMEMELY MESSY.

Shading. I hate it more than making backgrounds. It's terrible, I know. I usually don't do as bad for it as I did in this.
Lighting... Facepalm. I won't even mention it. It's just as hard, since it's got to do with the shading and position. Off course, I do try my best most of the time.

Age, sometimes I make them look young on purpose. It's to do with my chapters >w>

My mom, a few friends and I actually thought it looked a bit old for 14. Looked somewhere around 17? Hm.
He looks like a girl on purpose, and some other few of my male OCs (again that's to do with my writing..) but not all of my males look like females.

I forgot to mention, that since he grows very slowly (I mean over 3000 years old and still growing), his body parts develop really slowly. Let's just say he's a late sprite (or whatever they call it) xT

Again, opinions and views all fall into this. Different people like different styles y'know. You might like different sorts of anatomy than I do.

I'm still practicing so I guess there's a lot to improve for now. Mainly the arm and age are my problems o v o

why are you denying most of this?
you really shouldn't be doing a sketch style for a final drawing. and if A LOT of people see it and you don't, well, they might be right.
by the way, do you have any "i look like a boy" boy characters? cuz if you don't, that's very bland. no one likes that.
besides, like i said earlier, he doesn't even look like a shota, just a flatout girl, which isn't good. :U
there isn't "different sorts of anatomy" there's correct anatomy, and incorrect anatomy.
it's like:

the first thing you would think is "woah that isn't humanly possible look at those arms and that hair and blabalballbla"
you know why?

yours has more subtle incorrect anatomy, but let me see:

the arm can't bend that way, if you look at the picture her arm is way shorter than his, and she has long arms. it's not that your arm is long, it's that you drew it wrong.
also: please learn to take critique. you denied basically everything i said, and that WONT help you improve.
