I bet you were just using Microsoft paint for this? Get Paint tool SAI. It makes drawings look rlly pro with all the effects it has. | |

I also like the eyes, too.
I suggest making the head into an more oval shape,
and darking the ponytail and going over the outline in black.
You did improve.
