| Oh so you are in the Winx Club fandom too?
Here's some suggestions I have.
Download some textures to pop up some color in there.
Download fonts.
Use the fuzzy brush to cut smoother.
Experiment with curves, channel mixer, etc.
Sharpen each photo in your graphic at 36 so it's not considered low quality.
That's all at the top of my head.
