I'm scared [forget what day it is]

Today was good. I swam and played on the computer. Not much really.

But right now I am suppost to be sleeping. My mom was arguing with my dad. They still are. This is some stuff they said:

Mom:you just keep going the the computer.
Dad:because I have important stuff on there to do (work stuff)
Mom:I know but do you no realize that this is a problem?
Dad:yes I do, but what am I suppose to do about it?
Mom:I spend every day working my butt off to feed my children and all your doing is going on the computer.
Dad:I'm sorry, I have been spending time with them lately
Mom:you have but never with me..
Dad:I'm sorry if I am excluding you but...
Mom: no, no, your not excluding me but..

That was all I heard. I have heard them argue but they would never tell me what it's about for a week. I am scared..

dont be its ok, everybody has fights just close your eyes for ten minutes then sign off (or not? or draw that clears my mind) then go to bed, if you cant sleep, go into the kitchen and get some milk or water then go to bed
if you dont feel better in the morning to to sleep in
