OuO I think you have improved! On the right side of the waist though, it seems to be stretching down and getting thicker.

You've improved a lot since I last saw your art! Good work! ^_^

However, the shading on the hair is really random, and you pillow shaded the shirt. Pillow shading = a big no-no. The colouring is pretty messy, so if you go over the lines, just erase it (or if you do little strokes at a time push ctrl + z and it'll undo the last action you did. push ctrl + y if you want it to redo what you just undid).
