"I'll come, just let me get my spear, just in case of random rhino attacks." Andrew said, running off back to the tunnel and returning shortly with the spear. "Ready when you are, Sofia."

"I'm perfectly ready. I'll just take this axe with me in case something happens." Sofia said, picking up her axe and leaving the cabin.

"Axe? Where did you get an axe?" Andrew asked her, walking out of the cabin. "You managed to make one of those, too? I just hope you know how to use one."

"I only have one, because I built it to chop down the trees to make the cabin." She said. She walked North, and spotted a river.

"You sure know a lot for a teenage girl who spent some of her life in jail. I don't know how to make an axe. Or a house, for that matter." Andrew said, following Sofia. "Do you have any idea what direction we're headed?"

"North.. Oh, there it is!" She said, pointing to the river. Over the river, there was a piece of land with some white sand, (or something that looked like it) and a lot of trees. "We have to cross the river. Great." Sofia thought, rolling her eyes. "Lets go build a boat." She said.

"You know how to make a boat, too?" Andrew said, staring at Sofia. "Is there anything you don't know how to make? Just row carefully, I can't swim..."

"I guess I have to admit I'm not an expert, but we'll have to risk it, even if we don't know what lives in the river." Sofia said, and walked towards some trees, and tried to cut one down. It took a while, but she had enough.

Judith finally caught up to them. "Sorry, I was just getting some rest. Now I heard something about a river?"

"Yup. I built a cabin, and there's a rainforest across that river so we have to build a boat to get there, or can you take us flying?" Sofia said. "I'm afraid that our boat could get broken by an alligator or we get eaten by piranhas. So.. Can you take us please?" She asked.

"I'm sure all sorts of things live in there." Andrew said, backing away from the water. "Crocodiles, piranhas... hippos. No seriously, hippos are the most dangerous animals in the world and kill more people each year than tigers do. They run at 20 miles an hour and can bite you in half or run you straight into the ground." He turned to Sofia. "Let's try to be careful." He said.

"Thanks." Sofia said to Judith, looking at the river. It was quite wide but she spotted the rainforest. "We need something so that we don't get lost." She said. "Oh, and Andrew.. Well now I learned something. I didn't know that.. But I'm getting a bit scared now.."

"Just try to distance yourself from the water, don't make too much noise, and if it's already charging it's too late to think about running." Andrew warned, breathing hard. "So why did you want to come here in the first place?"

"I forgot.. I think it was something about trees.." Sofia said. "Hippos don't live at the rainforests, but other stuff do. Should we go back now? We're almost done crossing the river."

"Since the continents shifted and everything moved around, there could be walruses here for all we know." Andrew said. "If you found what you were looking for, we can head back."

"I guess we can." Sofia said. "I'm just glad to know that if we don't have trees we can get more from there." Sofia said. "Please take us back to the place where the tunnel is, Judith."

"All right, great. Let's go." Andrew said, tightening his grip in the spear. "We found what we wanted, now we'd better get going."

"Ya. It looks like its going to rain.." Sofia said. "There are many black clouds. Okay, here we are." She said, jumping off and landing in the ground. "Lets go to the cabin."

"Raining again?" Andrew said, looking up. "Well, at least it's good for the plants. Let's get inside."

"Yup." Sofia entered the cabin, and closed the door. She sat on the floor, and sat. "I hope we find cotton plants, or sheep so we can make a bed." Sofia said. "Oh! I know! The rainforest has any plants, like cocoa and pineapples and stuff." Sofia said. "We should go back sometime when we have enough tools to survive in there."

"The problem is that a bunch of plant species are extinct now, and there are a bunch of new ones which we're not sure are edible. But I guess we can probably make it here for a couple months." Andrew said. "And hopefully by then we'll have picked up some skills."

"Hopefully." Sofia said, getting cozy in the corner of her room, and hearing the thunder start to rumble. She started whisper-singing a song to herself.

"I hope this cabin is sturdy enough to withstand a thunderstorm." Andrew thought, lying down on the floor. "If lightning strikes this thing, we're in trouble."
