New Identity - RP

Gracie nodded. She looked as Nana dragged the guard to a river, giggling to herself. The sight just looked awkward. A big guard being taken down by a girl? That's rare, she thought to herself. Those guards aren't strong.

Darren just stood wide-eyed. Dragging a guard into a river? He covers his mouth to keep himself from laughing. What a weird situation to be seeing

Nana dropped the guard. "Whew...he's pretty light!" She turned around and looked Darren and Gracie. "Oh him? He was a guard that I knocked unconscious! He'll be fine!" Nana said. "Look, I'm getting a bit bored. Who wants to go into town?"

Gracie nodded. "I've been waiting to go to town, so let's go," she said. She looked into her pockets and made sure her twenty dollars were still there. "Hopefully after we get a new identity, we can get some new clothes..." She said, staring at her dirty clothes she had on.

"Oh!" Nana cheered. "Let's go!" She didn't bother waiting for the others as she ran.

The town was nice. She looked at the town board. 'Welcome to Sereain Town!' was written on the board. The clattering of shop vendors echoed through the town, but she had to find that person. As she walked into an alley, she fell into a hole. Nana looked up and saw a man who looked thirty years of age. On his desk, was a sign that said New Identities.

Gracie tried to catch up with Nana, running at full speed. She could feel the cool breeze in her face, and it felt good. Don't worry Gracie, when you think life can't get better, it can, and when you think life can't get any worse, it can. But we'll focus on the life getting better part, was the words Gracie's dad used to say to her. I don't think life can get any better right now, but it can, she thought.
She caught up with Nana finally, and looked around the place. "Should we uh, go up to the man?" Gracie asked quietly.

Nana nodded. She rubbed her head and walked up to the man. "You must be the new identity guy. I'm Nana and she's Gracie. We have escaped prison and we need new identities. Would you please help us?" The man nodded and gave the two a form. Nana looked at the form. How many pages? Oh god. 20 pages. This will take all day!

Tora waited for the guard with the keys to pass by her cell, then she screamed.
"What? What is it?" The guard said as he approached her cell. Without a moment to lose Tora sprayed the pepper spray in his eyes, grabbed the keys, and unlocked the door. She started running toward the exit, spraying guards with pepper spray left and right.

"FREEDOM!" Tora yelled as she ran toward the forest. She kept running until she saw a group of other escapees standing by a hole in the road, they were all looking down.
"What are you guys looking at?" She asked.

Gracie's head jerked up. Someone was talking to them. "Hello. We're looking at the new identity forms. You know, to get new identities," she replied, showing the girl the papers. This'll take uh...A while. "You should probably get a new identity, too," she said.

((( 6 hour in-total car drive... I'm exhausted... )))

Darren starts running to the town. He has lost Grace and Nana while trying to catch up with them. He's now standing like a ghost on the sidewalk. Uhh... where do I need to go?

After Gracie was done explaining everything to the girl, she looked around. Something seems strange, or different, she thought, suspiciously. She looked around more, thinking deeply. Just then, she remembered.
Where was Darren?

Darren now felt completely lost and confused. Where does he need to go to get a new identity? He begins walking down the sidewalk, trying to remember in which direction Grace and Nana went.

"I need some fresh air..." Nana said. She climbed out of the hole and saw Darren and another girl. "Darren and that girl standing there! Come in quickly!" She jumped back into the hole with a thud.

Gracie looked through the papers. Oh God. This is a lot. "How long do you think it'll take for us to finish filling in the papers?" she asked. She started doing it. This'll be a lot...At least it's all going to pay off.

Darren heard Nana's voice from behind. He turns his head around, seeing Nana leap into a hole. He rushes to the hole and jumps in.

"You should go see the man over there, so he can give you the form for a new identity," Gracie said, after Darren had gotten into the hole. She pointed to the man at the desk. He didn't seem to care that we had broken out of prison.. "He doesn't mind that we broke out of prison, so you can tell him that, as the reason for getting a new identity," Gracie stated. Then she went back to filling in the form, so she could get it done as soon as possible.

Darren jumps out of the hole and walks up to the man at the desk. Darren explains to him why he needs a new identity. The man nods and gives him the form. How many pages is this? Looks like a thin pile.

"We should try to finish as much as we can, as fast as we can. That way we won't have to hide away from guards as long and we can just be like normal, casual people, who haven't been to prison," Gracie said. And we can get something with these twenty dollars, she thought, glancing at the twenty dollars in her pocket. She then got back to filling the form.

Nana was lost in the form. Some of these questions don't even make sense! What do you want to be with in the future? What's important to you that you would give away? Nana rubbed her head and picked up her pencil again.

Darren tries finishing the questions as fast as he possibly can. He scratches his head at some of them that didn't even make sense. He shrugs it off and answers them anyway. The eye patch that was covering his yellow eye was making the writing a little difficult. Darren takes off the eye patch, and continues writing.

"Done!" After twenty minutes, Nana was finished and she gave her form to the mute man. He led her to a room with make up, hair dye and many other things. He dyed her hair a dark blue and gave her eye contacts the shade of rubies. "From now on," said the man, finally. "You will be called Yuuka."

After a while, Gracie finished the form, confused on some of the questions but answered them anyway, and let out a big sigh. Finally! she thought, relieved. She also have her form to the mute man, like Nana had done. She probably has a new name now, though.

Yuuka, formerly Nana, walked out of the shop and gave the man fifteen dollars. "I'll wait for you guys outside." She walked in her new leather slippers and sat on a box outside the hole.

Gracie had dyed her hair blonde, and she was happy about it. I've always wanted to have blonde hair. "Your name is now Daniele."
She also have the man 15 dollars, with change of five dollars. She looked at her new outfit, and hat that matched it.
"Okay, I'm done. Now we have to wait for Darren," Daniele [[Gracie]] said.

Darren was able to finish the form. He gave it to the man, and then he was led to the room to get a new makeover. Darren was able to choose his own clothing. "What is up with your eye?" The man asked, pointing to the eye that was covered with the eye patch. Darren froze. "I-It's nothing you should worry about." He says. The man walks up from behind and unties Darren's eye patch. "HEY!" Darren turns around to face the man as the eye patch slips off.

The man stares as Darren's face with shock... and fear. The man backs up away from him, bumping into a drawer. "So what? My eye is yellow! Big deal!" Darren spats at him. He sighs and picks up his eye patch.
