Fantage Animated Series (help)

I am thinking about making a FAS. But I need a TON of help. I need to know the following:

1.) what downloads do i need
2.) how to use them
3.) do i need to make a youtube audition video? (I seen them on youtube)
4.) ideas on what the series should be about. I have some ideas, but they stink

I don't know much but... I think you need Adobe Flash and you don't need auditions.

If you want a good character, use a person that you think is hilarious.
Use these emotions. MapleStory emos work. Also tgenmusic. You have to download music. MapleStory BGMs are best.

I think you need sony vegas, and its best if you dont have auditions. ( since you probably don't want random people there)
