Inactive moderators, admins, trolling and things.

I agree with Bliss swirl and you, by the way. We needs mods some other mods who are qualified and active. That doesn't mean getting rid of the mods we have! No no, they're doing the best they can, I just think we need volunteer, junior, or temporary mods that can help. We could also get "secret" or "silent" mods that no one actually knows are mods (unless they do some snooping or something) and take a vow of silence. That way we have mods that patrol the forums responsibly and not for looks or privileges.

I love the idea of having silent mods they could act like users and mace could hide the group, they wouldn't have a colored name but they would have the same privaillages as a mod. Junior mods would be cool also like they could have almost the same powers of mods yet they moderate only one section exaple would be the art section or the roleplay section. Then their could be seniors mods they can moderate any section.

I agree with DarkManor. Mace has a busy life and maybe needs to study. He can't watch FF 24/7.
You might not know if Ai, Karyu, Makkine blah blah blah have that much free time.

While I do think that all of the mods have completely valid reasons for their absences, I still do think that we could do with a couple more mods who we can trust to be active. They do, of course, have to be mature enough and, like many other people were saying, it might be wise to not give them all of the privileges that regular mods have.

But he barely even watches 1/7, from what I've seen (okay fine, at most 5/7 to 10/7). And I'm FF a lot (more thank you probably think).

But I do agree that we should have hidden junior mods. Someone who is strict and wouldn't abuse their privileges. And someone who can take their job responsibly. Yeah. Someone like that could qualify at any age...

But seriously, for a couple of days (not to be mean) I thought I was gonna be March's Featured user. Pfft maybe I'm starting to be bad luck.

I hope that mods get on here soon, because it makes me feel uncomfortable when mods aren't on, and there could be an urgent problem.

There was just a hacker posting gifs and telling DarkManor to 'suck' them.
But now she/he is banned and all the posts are deleted and she/he is long banned.

And as for the idea of new moderators, I guess as long as they're mature enough to handle a forum as large as hours, I don't see the problem with a 12-year-old being a moderator. Maybe not an administrator, though. That might be a little too much of a responsibility for a kid.

The mods haven't been on much besides S. More mods would be helpful and would make the place safer. Also there should be one more admin (preferably an active user) to change themes and add rules. Since they kinda took a really long break, spammers just keep signing up.

I really think we should have more moderators, you know what happened. I mean it's not the moderators fault, they have lives and FF isn't their top priority and such but it would be nice if they were the slightest more active.

I noticed that karyu and S have been the only active mods but they don't post at all. I know we do need some new moderators maybe like hmm well 3 or 4 more so we can all be happy and safe knowing that responsible people are here to protect us from dangerous hackers/spammers.

Mace should change your rank and I think you know the girl who used to be buon natale I think she still has her featured user rank... i think

I remember Mace said that to be a mod you have to be responsible and active.

I have been more inactive than usually lately but thats because I've had a lot of extra band and ACT (a big test you take to get into colleges!) studying to do.

I understand that you have been busy I kno that homework has been taking longer and longer for me now. It takes me about an hour to do my homework and I am in advanced sixth grade math. Well also i have heard that high school takes a lot of responsibilites and your priorty right now is to study a lot for the ACTs and do your thing and you can't go in this forum as much as you used to. I hope you can come on more but do good on your test and do good in school.

yeah, we totally understand! but what we're saying is that, given that the mods (who are mostly in high school) don't have a lot of time to spend on here, we should give more authority to a couple of the younger and/or more active users. that way, this forum won't be forgotten. i've seen how in the past you have always been picking moderators and admins based on who is the most mature and qualified, even if they only come on like once every three weeks. i think it's great that you pick smart and mature people to moderate the forum! totally keep doing that!! but seeing as the mods are older and consequently more busy, they can't come on that much, leaving fantage forum without any updates or control over spam. so i think that you should decide mods on both qualification and the time/ability to come on at least once or twice a week, instead of just maturity.

I understand. I've been a bit inactive during the day for the past week or so. Homework at my school is tough and I'm not even in middle school yet.

I hope you pass your tests Mace. It must be a handful.
