Description: Willow apparently had a bad time as an eevee, because she was covered in unique designs and was pink, her father thought she wasn't an eevee at all, which carried him to believe her mother cheated on him. So he let his anger out on Willow, until once he finally went too far and hit her head on a moss stone, which caused her to evolve, proving she was an eevee. although, she ran away as her father was covered in guilt.She happens to be too young to be evolved. She still has the knowledge of a young eevee.
