Well, I did draw a chibi, but it's just if I color it, it would be bad. I don't have a tablet ((I do have an ipad :0)) and I drew it on a piece of paper, but if I go to "Paint Tool Sai", it sucks :/
Anyone knows how to help me? like, to outline it? ((I don't care if it's transparent or a blank background))
You can even help me by a youtube video or a tutorial.
Here's the chibi ((sorry if you can't see)):
big picture:
Thank you <3

Uh, It's fine if you don't have any fancy devices. Art is art. You can't really say that art is better when drawn on tablet. But I would say get a beginner how to draw chibi book from a local book store. Practice doesn't make perfect~ it makes it better << Reinmber that.

Well, if you have an iPad you could use it to color your drawing just like you would on a computer. It would help if you used a stylus instead of just your finger, it's not really a fancy device, just a pen that an iPad/tablet's touch sensors recognize.
People have made really well drawn MLP comics with an Inkscape app for iPad, just find a good drawing app that has layers and other features you want.

Really~ A Cute Chibi~ :> Well, Digital drawings makes my brain BOOOM! xD.. It's just that it's hard to draw in those gadget thingy~ xD.. Well, For Traditional Drawings, My only tip` I could give to you is that, Put an example in front of you that you think you could totally draw. and then, Started to copy it, don't trace it, Just slowly by slowly copy it. At first, It might become tiny, but then, little by little you would know how to calculate the size.. :> Until it will really look alike.. Even though the picture you were copying is really small and you could draw a big one :>
^hope that help.. xD

You should get a stylus and use your iPad.

You can make a vector layer on SAI and trace it, that way it's much neater and looks better and attractive. Or, if you don't have the time to, you can just take a clear, finished photo of it and edit it on Photobucket. Just change the brightness, saturation, warmth, and enhance it. An effect would do good too. It's what I do for all my traditional artwork.

She needs help digitally coloring it, not actually drawing the chibi.
