| Tomorrow I have a test for my black belt in tae quan do. (Btw for people who are not fond with the black belt I am getting, The 2 sides of it are black and the middle is a dark blue. It is NOT the last belt you can get.) Anyway, I am really scared. My dad has been helping me with my kicks, breaking knee boards, for my test. For warm ups we have to usially run and do push ups, and that is making me scared that all my energy will be takin' away when I start the test. I really hope that I get my belt. I am just so nervous that I had to post it here for some support. Thanks. | |

From reading what you said, you could kick butt literally
I bet you'll be awesome since your dad taught you kicks, and breaking knee boards. So dont be scared or worried! I'm pretty sure we all support you.

| BE CONFIDENT! If you continue to feel worried or put pressure on yourself, you'll most likely break down and do worse because of nervous. And BREAKING knee boards? WOW. And it's fantastic that your dad is helping you with your kicks. I hope you get your belt! Good luck! =D | |
