| umm maybe you could call the company of what your laptop is and ask. or you could look on the internet and see if someone is having the same problem and see what they did. once my laptop wouldnt open and turns out the disc or something was really dirty and a lot of dust so we had to go switch it for a new clean one. what company is your laptop? | |
