| So I tried to cancel my membership and I went to the email to check the membership canceling message they give you. Then I went on fantage and I found out, I was still a member!!!! Why is this? Am I suppose to wait a few hours for it to cancel? Sould I contact fantage? What is going on? | |

Ex:
Your membership will expire January 28th
(Suppose the day you canceled is January 16th. You have to wait a little bit) | |

| Well, when I canceled my membership, I had to wait for a while because it ends on the next time your parents get paid or something like that, but on that day Fantage won't take anymore money from your parents. They'll just end your membership. | |

| unless the membership is the repetitive, you can't cancel it. If you bought a six month, one month, or 12 month then you have to wait for that time period to end | |

| You can cancel it, but the process takes time.
Fantage will take off the member status without any added or extra fee to your parents. | |

Since you already paid for that month (or whatever package you bought), your membership will not end until the next payment would normally be paid. So instead of it coming out next time, it won't and then your membership will be reversed to a nonmember acct. | |
